  1. Got through Monday without incident.
  2. Unloading my burden yesterday helped me feel less dread over it.
  3. Figured out a new morning routine which gets me out of the house faster in the morning.
  4. Extra “B” in my BLT tonight.
  5. Get to use my new shampoo tomorrow.
