Did you ever get in trouble while you were in school? If so, what was it for?

  • Once upon a time (8th grade), this one girl used to torture me mercilessly, all the fucking time. While we were changing for gym class, she grabbed my shoe and ran into the hallway, and as I ran after her, I said, “Catherine, you’re such a bitch” right in front of the kindergarten class. I don’t remember all the details, but my most be-hatred teacher lectured me on it. I don’t remember if my parents were called or if I had detention, but I do remember the dread pretty vividly.

Main Course
Do you believe in UFOs/aliens/etc.? Why or why not?

  • I used to be an avid fan of The X-Files, and do stil believe in aliens, but I don’t adhere to The Boy’s warnings that I shouldn’t make fun of him when he gets all freaked out by the “documentaries” on the Hitler channel or Sci-Fi and puts on his tinfoil hat.
